Who We Support
Viet Community Care provides 24/7 care for two main groups in the Vietnamese-Australian community:
Seniors
Many older Vietnamese people face challenges such as limited English, chronic health conditions, mobility issues, social isolation, or difficulty managing daily tasks.
Children & adults with special needs

Our Services
We provide flexible support — from a few hours a week to overnight care, or full 24/7 assistance — depending on the client's needs. Our support workers respect Vietnamese language, values, traditions, and family expectations — so clients feel safe, understood, comfortable and truly at home. At Viet Community Care, this is at the heart of everything we do.

- ✓Social outings (e.g. church or temple activities, funerals, weddings, parties, etc.)
- ✓Cultural and community events (e.g. Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.)

Respite Care for Families
- ✓Respite care gives families a safe, reliable break from their caring responsibilities.
- ✓It ensures parents, adult children, and carers can rest, work, attend appointments, or simply recharge — while knowing their loved one is being cared for with compassion and cultural understanding.
- ✓We provide short-term or emergency respite care.
- ✓Respite can be for a few hours, a full day, overnight, or several days — depending on the needs of the family.

- ✓Transport assistance helps seniors, children with special needs, and their families get to the places they need to go — safely, comfortably, and on time.

- »Supporting seniors with limited English who may feel anxious or confused in mainstream services
